Senior Consultant/Supervisor Regional Service Desk

Responsibilities:
-Service operation and management
- Solution development and service design
- Service portfolio management
- Ensure of high quality support to other technical specialists within SSC
- Systems’ checks
- Taking ownership and control over completion of small and middle size projects
- Cooperation with other SSC teams
- Training facilitation, guides and documentation preparation

Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Previous experience with system support in large company
- Previous experience with relevant systems such as Active Directory, Lotus notes, SharePoint, CA SDM
- Experience with Cisco Ironport system administration
- Previous experience with leading projects
- Previous experience with leading a team is advantage
- University graduate (Master or Bachelor degree)
- Advanced level in English
