Application Support L2 Engineer (Krakow)

We are looking for L2 application support engineer for our team based in Krakow (Lesser Poland District).
Key Responsibilities
● L1L2 support tasks for several clusters in number of world locations (NY, London, Asia)
● Investigating and research of escalated requests
● Improving system supportability and automating routine support tasks
● Providing service continuity management
● Identifying priority of the requests and reordering them accordingly
● Improving system monitoring
● Reacting on system monitoring notifications

Must have
● Upper Intermediate English level
● WEB technologies (HTTP protocol, proxy, WEB servers)
● Android and/or iOS power user
● Linux administration background
● SQL or other DBs knowledge, data structures
● Bash (or other) scripting language expertise
● Support workflow and procedures knowledge
● Responsible and able to organize work processes
Nice to have
● Internet advertising principles / experience
● Android, iOS applications development skills
