Senior Consultant/ Supervisor Software Services

Responsibilities:
- Ensure of high quality support to technical specialists within SSC
- Server and application maintenance
- Dealing with more complex tasks and non-routine system maintenance
- Define and maintain infrastructure
- Cooperation on  Maturity Assessment Process
- Disaster recovery management
- Cooperation with other SSC teams
- Training facilitation, guides and documentation preparation

Requirements:
- University graduate (Bachelor degree), secondary school when relevant experience in IT area
- Previous experience with leading projects and team is advantage
- Previous experience of using IT solutions
- Previous experience and knowledge of one of the relevant systems (Visio, VMware, Lotus notes, CMDB, Site recovery manager)
- Advanced level in English
