B2-C1-C2 English level
Experience in communicating with native speakers
Proficient PC/MAC and Internet user
excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to learn and adapt fast
A driven and motivated attitude
Sales understanding and persuasion skills
StrongCustomer focus and service orientation
Stress tolerance and decision-making
Main responsibilities:

Provide technical support and world-class customer service via phone;
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
Offer company’s service and persuade potential customers to purchase it
Handle and resolve customer complaints;
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE A HARD-WORKING PERSON ABLE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS AND FAST-DEVELOPING PACE WITH POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND STRONG TEAM-PLAYING SKILLS.

Morning 07:00 — 14:00
Day 14:00 — 21:00
Night 21:00 — 07:00
