Senior back-end C# .NET developer - remote for company in Luxembourg

Luxembourg-based Wizata.com is looking for a senior back-end C# developer to reinforce its development team. The position is full-time and remote.
The team is working on a SaaS solution for enabling AI-transformation for manufacturing industry.  The perfect candidate is a passionate individual with exceptional programming skills and fluent in English.

Qualifications and skills

• 5+ years of back-end development

• Professional level of .NET (C#)

• Experience creating API for front-end applications (“back-end for front-end”)

• Start-up mentality, autonomous and team player

• Fluent in English for efficient team communication

• Development in a structured environment (Scrum methodology)

• Experience working with Git

Desired / need to learn fast
- Experience developing using Azure resources (Stream Analytics, Event Hub, Azure Databricks, Time Series Insights, IoT Hub)
- Experience developing applications involving machine learning (e.g. Azure Databricks) - with focus on data input/output, managing machine learning training via the API, integration of deployed machine learning models into cloud applications

Education
- Higher education with a major in Computer Science/Mathematics preferred
